Fulton County, Ga., shows Frank Nance. Authorities said Nance was arrested for the shooting of Officer Reginald Robinson on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013. The suspect is charged with aggravated assault, being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, having a gun while committing a crime and cocaine possession. Police said Robinson was questioning a man over a suspected drug deal when the man fled. The officer was shot in the face sometime during the pursuit.
